My mission is to promote and create greater wellbeing for my clients by supporting rest, clarity, and a deeper relationship with self and the world around us. I believe each client already carries an inner knowing of what they need; what’s often missing is the space — and a steady advocate — to let that knowing take shape in daily life.

Through intentional space and gentle guidance, this work supports wellbeing in a way that is sustainable, embodied, and lived, creating a more balanced, resilient, and fulfilling way of living.

My name is Irina Shetty, and I am a positive psychology–based Health and Wellbeing Coach supporting women in the postpartum and motherhood seasons who experience anxiety, overwhelm, overgiving, or difficulty resting.

I am trained through the College of Executive Coaching and also work as a Yoga Nidra Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. With over 20 years of yoga experience, I integrate evidence-based coaching with gentle, nervous-system-focused practices to support women who feel constantly “on,” emotionally depleted, or unable to fully exhale.

My approach is calm, contained, and grounding. I don’t ask women to push through, override their experience, or force rest. Instead, we work at a pace the nervous system can integrate, creating the conditions for settling, continuity, and trust to rebuild over time. Rest often becomes accessible first in brief moments, then more reliably, and eventually as a steady resource that supports daily life and decision-making.

I work with women through private 1:1 coaching and small group programs, offering steady, non-judgmental spaces where they don’t need to perform, explain, or hold everything together. My work is especially supportive for women carrying a high mental load, balancing caregiving, work, and responsibility, and seeking a more sustainable way to feel grounded and resilient.

Outside of my professional work, I am a partner and mother of two boys. I’m nourished by time outdoors and by travel — experiences that continue to shape my grounded perspective on wellbeing and resilience.y in equal measure.

Intimate Group Journey

This small-group journey is designed for women who have been carrying a lot — responsibility, care, and the invisible mental and emotional load of doing it all.

 The group is intentionally limited to create a steady, supportive space where you don’t have to explain yourself or hold it all together. Being alongside other women with shared experience often makes support feel more accessible and less intimidating, allowing rest and resilience to emerge not just through the practices, but through the relief of being understood.

Over time, many women notice that they’re no longer bracing through the day. There’s more room to pause, to respond instead of push, and to step away without the fear of everything falling apart. The nervous system begins to trust that rest is possible — and that support doesn’t require collapse. Life feels a little wider, and the constant effort softens.

Private 1:1 Coaching

12-WEEK PROGRAM

This private coaching journey is for women who want individualized, steady support as they soften out of constant alertness and rebuild their capacity to rest.

Our work unfolds at a pace your nervous system can integrate, combining guided deep-rest practices (including Yoga Nidra) and thoughtful coaching that support regulation in daily life. Sessions are shaped around your experience, offering a calm, consistent space to settle, reflect, and gently rise into greater emotional steadiness.

Over time, this work supports you to notice meaningful milestones, such as:

  • I can feel myself settle — even briefly

  • I feel anxiety or arousal, but it doesn’t decide for me

  • Life feels wider again

  • Continuity is real, and support feels less scary
