Your Time
Small Group Coaching

‍ From overgiving and exhaustion into rest, presence, and deep aliveness.

This is for you if…

  • You have been the one holding everything together and you are quietly exhausted by it

  • You know rest is important, but your body hasn't been able to fully receive it yet

  • You feel disconnected from yourself, your pleasure, and what it means to simply be

  • You are ready to stop performing wellness and actually feel it in your body

  • You sense that something deeper is possible and you are ready to find your way back

The 8-Week Experience

This intimate group journey moves through four gentle phases, held within a community of women who are resting alongside you, because something shifts in the body when healing is witnessed and shared.

1

Permission to Rest

Before anything else, you are invited to slow down. This phase creates the conditions for your body to soften out of constant doing and begin to trust that it is safe to receive. Through restorative nervous system practices and guided deep rest, you begin to experience, perhaps for the first time in a long while, what it feels like to simply arrive.

2

Listening to Your Needs

As the noise begins to quiet, there is space to listen. This phase gently guides you back to yourself, to what you actually need, what has been missing, and who you are beneath the roles you carry. Through circle sharing, journaling, and evidence-informed coaching, you begin to recognize yourself again and who you actually are, not who you have to be.

3

Cultivating Joy

Once survival mode loosens its grip, there is room for something softer. This phase reawakens pleasure, lightness, and the parts of yourself that may have felt distant or forgotten. Through guided embodiment sessions you are invited to feel, to play, and to remember what it is to be fully alive.

4

Coming Home

This final phase is about carrying this back into your life as a woman who knows herself a little more deeply. Through integration practices and a closing ritual, you leave not just rested but replenished, with a clearer sense of who you are, what you need, and how to keep returning to yourself long after the journey ends.

About Me

I am a positive psychology-based Health and Wellbeing Coach and Yoga Nidra teacher with over 20 years of yoga experience. I created Your Time because I believe that women who have spent years showing up for everyone else deserve a space that is entirely, unapologetically theirs.

In this container I am your guide, your accountability partner, and your witness. I hold the space so you can finally put down what you have been carrying and remember who you are beneath it all.

I cannot wait to welcome you in.

Why I created this group journey

I created “Your Time” because I kept meeting women who were burned out, physically and emotionally, and had no space that was truly just for them. Not for their children, their partners, their work. For them. I wanted to build something that combined the science of nervous system restoration with the profound medicine of being in community with other women, because rest is more accessible when you are not alone in it, and coming home to yourself is easier when others are walking the same path beside you.
This is that space. Your time. Finally.
