Hi, I'm Irina.
I work with women who are holding a lot. Mothers moving through the invisible weight of postpartum and beyond. High-achieving women who have mastered doing but lost the thread back to themselves.
What they share is this: they are capable, caring, and deeply tired in a way that sleep alone can touch.
My work creates the conditions for a genuine arriving. A returning to yourself that is unhurried, embodied, and real. Space for your nervous system to reset, to regulate, and to discover what true rest actually feels like.
I'm a positive psychology-based Health and Wellbeing Coach, a Yoga Nidra teacher, and a Reiki Master with over 20 years of yoga experience. My approach weaves together evidence-informed coaching and guided deep rest to support your nervous system in ways that last.
Rest is where restoration begins. It is the foundation everything else is built on.
